Senator Ben Murray-Bruce who represents Bayelsa East senatorial district at the National Assembly on Tuesday gave his support to local manufacturers based in Aba, Abia state by promising them free outlets at his Silverbird Complex.
The senator also spared some time on his Twitter timeline to urge Nigerians to patronise locally manufactured products in order to reduce imports and thereby strengthen the Nigerian currency.
The Silverbird Chairman made the promise following discussions with his colleague, Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, who annually facilitates the 'Made in Aba' trade exhibition in Abuja.
Mr Sam Hart, one of the aides of Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, who has been sharing updates from the exhibition in Abuja, disclosed Senator Murray-Bruce's magnanimous offer on his Twitter page.
