Amokachi Ordered out of IfeanyiUbah FC

NUJ games competition, committee condemn hiring mercenaries

Daniel Amokachi has been ordered to stay away from Nigeria premier league side FC IfeanyiUbah after what a source described as a case of insubordination, and in his absence, John Obuh will take charge of the team for this weekend's home game against Kano Pillars.

However, it is still not clear whether this ends Amokachi's stint at the Nnewi club.

Amokachi went against the orders of the club proprietor and as a consequence the club's technical director Obuh will take charge of the team's next game against Pillars, a source informed AfricanFootball.com Incidentally, the 42-year-old Amokachi, who has previously handled Nasarawa United and Enyimba, replaced Obuh as
the club's head coach only last month.

And it is public knowledge that the relationship between the two coaches has not been cordial after ex-Eagles assistant coach Amokachi demanded for the dismissal of Obuh.

At the weekend, IfeanyiUbah fell by the odd goal at relegation-threatened Sharks.
They are now 10th on the league table on 41 points from 29 matches.
