A street fight has resulted in the death of a bubbling young man who was brutally knifed to death by unknown assailants.

"One man has been knifed to death in a street fight in an Essex village, investigators reports.

Police have began a murder investigation after a man, named locally as Ladi Benson, 27, died following an altercation in Great Baddow, near Chelmsford, yesterday evening at about 6.45pm.

The police received reports of a disturbance in Baddow Road when an ambulance was flagged down by a group of males who were tending to the fatally-injured Ladi Benson.

He was taken to Broomfield Hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Police are in the manhunt for the murderers."
