>Open ur PSIPHON HANDLER set it as follow:
>proxy type= reverse proxy
>proxy server= mobile.etisalat.com.ng%3a@ 41.73.228.136

>tick use the following settings
>host adress= 85.214.250.48
>port=3128
>close and connect..

It takes at least 2-5min or more to connect. Once it's connected, start engaging it without speed throttling.
