GEJ will speak on the $2.1bn arms deal scandal at the appropriate time

Former President Goodluck Jonathan says he will speak on the ongoing $2.1 billion arms deal scandal at the appropriate time. Jonathan is currently in Geneva. Switzerland, where he is holding a press conference and will also be hosted by a committee of diplomats.
