Former Niger Delta militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo,
popularly known as Tompolo, has reacted to the alleged summons of the
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

The anti-graft commission has said it will arraign Tompolo alongside with the ex-director general of Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Patrick Akpobolokemi.
Both are to be accused of a 40 count charge of supposed money laundering, conspiracy, stealing and diversion of funds.
Ex militant leader says he is yet to get the invitation of the federal high court in Lagos, which warned to command his arrest if he does not appear before it on January 14, Thursday.
Answering to inquiries from TheCable on the warning to arrest him if he does not appear in court, Paul Bebenibo, the spokesperson of Tompolo, said the court invitations had not been served.
He said: “We have not seen the court summons, but there is no problem as long as the Nigerian judiciary is working.”
