"We recognise that there are low income schools but that is not an excuse for them not to do the right thing. In collaboration with Developing Effective Private Education in Nigeria, DEPEN, and Department for International Development, DFID, we will be conducting school rating to ensure that the required standard is maintained in the sector", she said.
